Peter Marsh

Peter is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations develop and release their full potential. With an MSc in People and Organisational Development Peter works with individuals, teams and organisations as a facilitator, coach, mentor, consultant, project lead or researcher.

Peter has worked in public and private sector organisations bringing practical experience of leading and managing people and oganisational development functions and programmes from needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.

Peter has been a regular speaker and facilitator at conferences, thought leadership and networking events. He has particular interests in strength-based approaches to coaching and development, using conversation to create change and development, group dynamics and Leadership Team development.

  • Employee engagement strategy development including approaches to the collection and use of employee feedback through opinion and engagement surveys and focus groups.
